Return Policy
  • To ensure better and more stable service and delivery processes, all PAMITIE products are eligible for return only (the Co-living Furniture Collection offers both repair and return services). If you wish to change the size or color, please process a return within inspection period and place a new order.
  • If the remaining order amount falls below the promotional threshold after a partial return, the discount difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For full or partial returns of the PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection, customers are responsible for the original outbound shipping fee, and a partial return shipping fee will also apply.
  • For full or partial returns of PAMITIE Fashion Outdoor Gear orders, a NT$80 return processing fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.
  • Returned items must be kept complete and in brand-new condition (including the original dust bag, hang tags, manuals, and other accessories). If the item is incomplete or damaged, PAMITIE reserves the right to refuse the return.
Which Items are Not Eligible for Return?

Please note that sale items and discounted items are not eligible for return (except in cases of defects). Please make sure to confirm the correct size and color before placing your order.

After-Sales Service (Taiwan Main Island / Outlying Islands)
PAMITIE Co-living Furniture

To ensure better and more stable service and delivery processes, the PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection provides repair and return services only.

  • Return Inspection Period: Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date. Please ensure the product is in brand-new condition, free from damage and stains.
  • Return Process: Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return Packaging: The product must be kept complete (including original dust bag, manuals, and other accessories) and returned in brand-new condition using the original carton or another suitably sized carton. If the original packaging bag or outer box is severely damaged or cannot be restored to its original condition, PAMITIE reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Return Shipping Fee Policy:
    (1) PAMITIE Co-living Furniture items are large furniture products. Returns require doorstep pickup by a logistics provider, and a partial return shipping fee will be charged. Western Taiwan (including Yilan): NT$500 per order; Eastern Taiwan (including Hualien and Taitung): NT$1,000 per order.
    (2) A partial return shipping fee will be charged. The original outbound shipping fee paid at purchase will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a refund of the full product price only; the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and support.
    (Example refund calculation: NT$32,800 − NT$500 = NT$32,300)

    • Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date.
    • Damage caused by improper human use (such as excessive weight, impact, moisture-related deformation, leather cuts, or marble tabletop cracking due to prolonged sun exposure).
    • Natural marble tabletops may feature unique veining, color variations, and mineral crystallization, which are normal characteristics. Such patterns are not defects and cannot be considered grounds for return.
    • Natural fading, color variation, texture changes over time in natural materials, or natural leather wrinkles and material aging.
    • Damage caused by pet chewing or scratching.
    • Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized third parties not approved by PAMITIE.
    • Failure to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for this product.
    • To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording the entire unboxing process. The video must start from the unopened outer shipping carton and be recorded continuously without interruption. In the event of incorrect items, missing parts, or major defects, a complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
      Incomplete videos (including fast-forwarded or edited footage) will not be accepted.

To simplify and expedite the process of obtaining the most suitable product, PAMITIE Fashion Outdoor Accessories provide return service only. If you wish to change the size or color, please process a return within inspection period and place a new order.

  • Return Inspection Period: Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date. Please ensure the product is in brand-new condition, free from damage and stains.
  • Return Method: You may choose doorstep pickup service to return the item.
  • Return Process: After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return Packaging: The product must be returned in complete, brand-new condition (including the original dust bag, hang tags, and other accessories). If the item is incomplete or damaged, a packaging and logistics handling fee of NT$100 per order will be charged. PAMITIE reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Return Shipping Fee Policy: A NT$80 processing fee will be charged for return requests and will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns sent back without submitting a return request within the inspection period will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

    • Items showing obvious signs of use, stains, or odors (such as perfume, pet odors, or smoke), as well as scratches, dents, pressure marks on fabric, leather, or metal hardware, or oxidation and wear on metal buckles, are not eligible for return.
    • Missing accessories, dust bags, hang tags, or related components.
    • Fashion outdoor accessories often use nylon, water-repellent fabrics, metal hardware, and leather components. The following are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process:
      (1) Minor loose threads, slight fraying, or stitching tie-off points.
      (2) Minor scratches on metal parts (within 2 cm), slight glue overflow, or edge pressure marks.
      (3) Creases on nylon or fabric caused by compressed packaging, which will naturally recover after use.
      (4) Fiber edges on leather and natural variations in leather grain.
      (5) Slight color differences due to different fabric batches or screen display variations.
      The above do not affect functionality and therefore are not considered defects.

After-Sales Service (International Orders)
  • Due to the extended transit time of international air shipments and the complexity of cross-border refund procedures, we are unable to offer international return services. We appreciate your understanding.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the day after receipt and provide photo and / or video evidence for verification. Customer Service Email: customer.service@pamitie.com . Our team will assist you as promptly as possible.

  • Once the issue is confirmed as a product defect, missing item, or shipping error, we will offer solutions such as a replacement shipment or a partial refund / discount.

  • Due to higher international logistics costs, certain cases may be handled through replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, with a dedicated team member assisting you throughout the process.

  • All PAMITIE products are declared at their actual purchase value for customs clearance. If the declared value exceeds the local duty-free allowance, applicable taxes and duties must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.

  • As import duty policies vary by country, if duties or taxes remain unpaid, we will notify you via email. For payment deadlines and shipment status, please contact the logistics provider directly.

  • If delivery fails due to refusal or overdue payment of customs duties, or incorrect recipient information resulting in no successful delivery or signature, the logistics provider will dispose of the package after the final holding period. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Please take note.
