Shipping Countries & Regions 
    • We currently offer delivery services within Taiwan (including outlying islands), as well as international shipping to the following regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Czech, Austria and Arab regions.
      *Shipping to the Middle East is currently unavailable.

  • For certain remote overseas areas, delivery services are temporarily unavailable. Please refer to the SF Express official website for detailed coverage areas.
    Please note: if the delivery address is located in a remote area, the order will be cancelled and not shipped, and a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding. 

Delivery Methods
// PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection is available for Taiwan domestic delivery only; international shipping is not available at this time. //

  • Taiwan (Main Island / Outlying Islands): Yamato Transport Home Delivery, Convenience Store Pickup Delivery (7-11, FamilyMart).
  • International Overseas: SF Express shipping applies. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery information cannot be changed.
  • Completion of checkout indicates agreement to the shipping fee calculation method and the handling of customs duties / logistics fees.

*Special notice for Mainland China: After shipment, please check within 1 day for an SF Express shipment SMS. If not received, please contact customer service for assistance.
*After receiving the SMS, please upload the recipient’s identification on the SF Express website within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in delivery failure and additional charges.
*Amount limit: According to China Customs regulations, the total product value per order (excluding shipping fees and discounts) must not exceed NT$8,000.
*Quantity limit: According to China Customs regulations, the quantity of a single product must not exceed 10 items.

PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection is offered on a Pre-Order and produced in limited quantities. Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, the item will immediately enter the production process.
  • Pre-order Notice : As this item is made to order, order cancellations, modifications, or changes to style or color are not accepted once the order has been placed.
  • Shipping Time : Orders will be shipped sequentially approximately 30–45 days after order confirmation. 
  • Delivery Area : Currently only serves Taiwan Island (Outlying Islands require separate inquiry).
  • Delivery Time : Approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Fee : Western Taiwan (including Yilan): NT$990 per order; Eastern Taiwan (including Hualien and Taitung): NT$1,500 per order.
*By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the above pre-order terms.
*In the event of delays caused by force majeure factors (such as material supply issues, weather conditions, or production adjustments), we will notify you via email..

PAMITIE Fashion Outdoor Gear 

All orders will be processed according to the order in which payment is received. Pre-order will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.

  • Shipping Time : Orders will be shipped within approximately 3–10 business days after order confirmation. (Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

    *During periods of high order volume or peak logistics operations, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 additional days. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Delivery Time :
    (1) Taiwan (Main Island / Outlying Islands) : After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 3–10 business days.

    (2) International Shipping : Actual delivery times may vary depending on international logistics conditions, customs clearance procedures, and local regulations.
    Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–21 days.
    In some countries (such as the United States), delivery may take up to 14–30 days under certain circumstances.
  • Shipping Fees :
    (1) Yamato Transport Home Delivery|A flat shipping fee of NT$100 per order, regardless of the number of items. Free shipping on single orders over NT$6,000.
    (2) Convenience Store Pickup Delivery (7-11, FamilyMart)|A flat shipping fee of NT$65 applies to Taiwan main island orders ; a flat fee of NT$75 applies to outlying islands. Free shipping on single orders over NT$6,000.
    (3) International Shipping (SF Express)|Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight, depending on the destination country.

    Yamato Transport Home Delivery
  • Taiwan Main Island / Outlying Islands: Delivered via Yamato Transport.

  • Yamato Transport delivery service is not available in the following areas:
    - Yilan County – Diaoyutai Islets (all)
    - Kaohsiung City – Dongsha (all), Nansha (all)
    - Penghu County – Magong (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang’an (all), Qimei (all), Baisha (Dacang Islet, Yuanbei Islet, Niaoyu Islet, Jibei Islet)
    - Kinmen County – Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu (all)
    - Taitung County – Lanyu (all)

    Convenience Store Pickup Delivery (7-11, FamilyMart)

  • Pickup Restrictions: Size and weight limits apply (weight < 5 kg; length + width + height ≤ 105 cm; longest side ≤ 45 cm; the other two sides must be ≤ 30 cm).
  • The system will automatically determine eligibility. If the package exceeds the size limit, convenience store pickup cannot be selected. If you still wish to use this option, please place separate orders.
  • When selecting convenience store pickup, please ensure that the name provided in the order matches the name on your identification, and bring your ID when collecting the parcel.
    Pickup Notification: The holding period for convenience store pickup is approximately up to 7 business days, subject to SMS notification. During Lunar New Year, major national holidays, or peak logistics periods, delays may occur.
  • Delivery will be arranged according to the logistics provider’s schedule. For urgent orders, please consider carefully before placing an order.

    *Reminder : If a parcel is shipped but not collected or is refused and returned (calculated 7 days after shipment), the customer will be responsible for a logistics handling fee of NT$100.
    If a parcel is not collected without reason or due to malicious intent 3 times (inclusive), the company reserves the right to suspend this delivery method. Please be mindful of your rights.


    International Shipping (SF Express)
  • International overseas orders are shipped via SF Express. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery information cannot be changed.
  • Completion of checkout indicates agreement to the shipping fee calculation method and the handling of customs duties / logistics fees.
After-Sales Service (Taiwan Main Island / Outlying Islands)
PAMITIE Co-living Furniture 

To ensure better and more stable service and delivery processes, the PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection provides repair and return services only.
  • Return Inspection Period: Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date. Please ensure the product is in brand-new condition, free from damage and stains.
  • Return Process: Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return Packaging: The product must be kept complete (including original dust bag, manuals, and other accessories) and returned in brand-new condition using the original carton or another suitably sized carton. If the original packaging bag or outer box is severely damaged or cannot be restored to its original condition, PAMITIE reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Return Shipping Fee Policy:
    (1) PAMITIE Co-living Furniture items are large furniture products. Returns require doorstep pickup by a logistics provider, and a partial return shipping fee will be charged. Western Taiwan (including Yilan): NT$500 per order; Eastern Taiwan (including Hualien and Taitung): NT$1,000 per order.
    (2) A partial return shipping fee will be charged. The original outbound shipping fee paid at purchase will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a refund of the full product price only; the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and support.
    (Example refund calculation: NT$35,800 − NT$500 = NT$35,300)

    // Non-Returnable Items and Special Conditions //
      • Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date.
      • Damage caused by improper human use (such as excessive weight, impact, moisture-related deformation, leather cuts, or marble tabletop cracking due to prolonged sun exposure).
      • Natural marble tabletops may feature unique veining, color variations, and mineral crystallization, which are normal characteristics. Such patterns are not defects and cannot be considered grounds for return.
      • Natural fading, color variation, texture changes over time in natural materials, or natural leather wrinkles and material aging.
      • Damage caused by pet chewing or scratching.
      • Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized third parties not approved by PAMITIE.
      • Failure to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for this product.
      • To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording the entire unboxing process. The video must start from the unopened outer shipping carton and be recorded continuously without interruption. In the event of incorrect items, missing parts, or major defects, a complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
        Incomplete videos (including fast-forwarded or edited footage) will not be accepted.

    PAMITIE Fashion Outdoor Gear

    To simplify and expedite the process of obtaining the most suitable product, PAMITIE Fashion Outdoor Accessories provide return service only. If you wish to change the size or color, please process a return within the inspection period and place a new order.
    • Return Inspection Period: Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date. Please ensure the product is in brand-new condition, free from damage and stains.
    • Return Method: You may choose doorstep pickup service to return the item.
    • Return Process: After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Return Packaging: The product must be returned in complete, brand-new condition (including the original dust bag, hang tags, and other accessories). If the item is incomplete or damaged, a packaging and logistics handling fee of NT$100 per order will be charged. PAMITIE reserves the right to refuse the return.
    • Return Shipping Fee Policy: A NT$80 processing fee will be charged for return requests and will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns sent back without submitting a return request within the inspection period will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

      • Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date.
      • Items showing obvious signs of use, stains, or odors (such as perfume, pet odors, or smoke), as well as scratches, dents, pressure marks on fabric, leather, or metal hardware, or oxidation and wear on metal buckles, are not eligible for return.
      • Missing accessories, dust bags, hang tags, or related components.
      • Fashion outdoor accessories often use nylon, water-repellent fabrics, metal hardware, and leather components. The following are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process:
        (1) Minor loose threads, slight fraying, or stitching tie-off points.
        (2) Minor scratches on metal parts (within 2 cm), slight glue overflow, or edge pressure marks.
        (3) Creases on nylon or fabric caused by compressed packaging, which will naturally recover after use.
        (4) Fiber edges on leather and natural variations in leather grain.
        (5) Slight color differences due to different fabric batches or screen display variations.
        The above do not affect functionality and therefore are not considered defects.

In the event of incorrect items, missing parts, or major defects, a complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence.

    After-Sales Service (International Orders)
    • Due to the extended transit time of international air shipments and the complexity of cross-border refund procedures, we are unable to offer international return services. We appreciate your understanding.
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the day after receipt and provide photo and / or video evidence for verification. Customer Service Email: customer.service@pamitie.com . Our team will assist you as promptly as possible.

    • Once the issue is confirmed as a product defect, missing item, or shipping error, we will offer solutions such as a replacement shipment or a partial refund / discount.

    • Due to higher international logistics costs, certain cases may be handled through replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, with a dedicated team member assisting you throughout the process.
    • All PAMITIE products are declared at their actual purchase value for customs clearance. If the declared value exceeds the local duty-free allowance, applicable taxes and duties must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.
    • As import duty policies vary by country, if duties or taxes remain unpaid, we will notify you via email. For payment deadlines and shipment status, please contact the logistics provider directly.
    • If delivery fails due to refusal or overdue payment of customs duties, or incorrect recipient information resulting in no successful delivery or signature, the logistics provider will dispose of the package after the final holding period. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Please take note.
    How to Track My Order? After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. You may also log in to your member account and check the delivery status under Order History.
    Can I Change the Delivery Address after Placing an Order? We’re sorry, but once an order has been submitted, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please request an order cancellation through your account backend system and place a new order.
    Are Customs Duties Included in International Orders? You may choose the delivery method that best suits your needs. Taxes and duties are charged by the government of your country/region according to local regulations. As customs duties vary by country, PAMITIE is unable to control or adjust these fees.
