Warranty
PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
1. Service Coverage
This product includes repair services for structural defects and is entitled to a 7-day inspection period return in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.
After the 7-day inspection period, returns will no longer be accepted. Only repair services within the warranty scope will be provided.
2. Warranty Scope
The warranty applies only to structural defects not caused by human factors, such as structural looseness or abnormal parts not resulting from normal use.
3. The Following Conditions are Not Covered by Warranty or Return Services
(1) Requests made after the 7-day inspection period.
(2) Damage caused by improper human use (such as excessive weight, impact, deformation due to moisture, or marble tabletop cracking caused by prolonged sun exposure).
(3) Natural marble tabletops may feature unique veining, color variations, and mineral crystallization. These characteristics are not defects and cannot be considered grounds for return.
(4) Natural fading, color variation, texture changes over time in natural materials, or natural leather wrinkles and material aging.
(5) Damage caused by pet chewing or scratching.
(6) Obvious signs of use, stains, odors (such as perfume, pet odors, or smoke), and wear on fabric or leather.
(7) Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized third parties not approved by PAMITIE.
(8) Failure to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for this product.
4. Unboxing and Defect Verification Guidelines
To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording the entire unboxing process. The video must begin with the unopened outer shipping carton and be recorded continuously without interruption.
In the event of incorrect items, missing parts, or major defects, a complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
Incomplete videos (including fast-forwarded or edited footage) will not be accepted.
