• It is recommended to wipe the surface of bamboo with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Leather parts can be cleaned and maintained with a special leather cleaner.
• Avoid using cleaning agents containing alcohol, bleach, or strong acids and alkalis.
• If not used for an extended period, please store in a dry, cool place.

• This product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• This product is only offered with repair and warranty period for return.
• The warranty covers only structural defects not caused by human error (such as loose joints, cracks in the chair body, etc.).

Situations not covered by the warranty include:
(1) Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date.
(2) Improper human use (such as heavy pressure, impact, moisture deformation, leather cuts).
(3) Natural fading, color difference, and texture changes that occur in natural materials over time, or natural wrinkles and material aging of leather.
(4) Damage caused by pet biting or scratching.
(5) Obvious signs of use, stains, odors (such as perfume, pet odor, smoke odor), and wear and tear on fabric and leather.
(6) Damage caused by repairs by third parties not authorized by PAMITIE.
(7) Unable to provide a receipt or voucher for the purchase of this product.
(8) To protect your rights, we recommend that you record the entire unpacking process. The video must start from the "unopened outer box" and be filmed continuously without interruption. If the following situations occur (wrong item sent, missing item, major defect), a complete unpacking video must be provided as evidence.
Incomplete videos (including those sped up or edited) will not be accepted.

Pet Compatibility

• Recommended for small dogs and cats (under 15kg).
• The maximum load capacity of the chair should not exceed 100kg.
• The cushioned seat can serve as a resting or cuddling space for pets.
• Please choose whether to use this method based on your pet's size and activity habits.
  

Warnings

• Do not place the product in high temperature, humid environment or direct sunlight.
• This product is for sitting and relaxing only. Do not stand or jump on the chair.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches.
• Not designed for use by large dogs or multiple pets at the same time.
• Do not carry pets that exceed the permitted weight limit.
• Do not place this product on soft surfaces (such as beds, sofas, cushions), as the product may tip over and cause accidents to your pet.
  
  

Shipping Policy

PAMITIE Co-living Furniture Collection is offered on a Pre-Order and produced in limited quantities. Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, the item will immediately enter the production process. All pieces are manufactured by our professional partner workshops in Taiwan and undergo recorded quality inspection before shipment. To ensure safe delivery, we use reliable and carefully managed logistics services.

• Shipping time : Orders will be shipped sequentially approximately 30–45 days after order confirmation (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery area : Currently only serves Taiwan Island (Outlying Islands require separate inquiry).
• Delivery time : Approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Logistics costs :
  (1) Western Taiwan (including Yilan) : NT$990 per order
  (2) Eastern Taiwan (Hualien & Taitung) : NT$1,500 per order
  
  * In the event of delays caused by weather conditions, logistics congestion, or public holidays, we will notify you proactively.
  

Returns Policy

To ensure better and more stable service and shipping processes, PAMITIE Co-living Furniture only offers repair and return services.

• Return inspection period : Beyond the 15-day inspection period calculated from the order’s shipment date. Please ensure that the product is in brand new condition without any damage or stains.
• Return Process: Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund your payment to your original payment account within 7-10 business days.
• Return shipping fee information :
  (1) PAMITIE pet furniture is a large furniture item. When returning it, the logistics company needs to pick it up at your door. Therefore, a return shipping fee will be charged. The single amount is NT$500 for the western region (including Yilan) and NT$1,000 for the Hualien and Taitung regions (including Hualien and Taitung).
  (2) A partial return shipping fee will be charged when returning the goods. The shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive the full refund amount of the product price, but you will not receive the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding and support.
  (Actual refund amount calculation: NT $30,800 − NT $500 = NT $30,300)
